«Do NSCs (Neural Stem Cells) differentiate in co-culture with astrocytes?»

Presumably yes because astrocytes provide nutrition factors similar to that of serum.
However, it is also possible that astrocytes will provide certain growth factors that may cause the NSC's to differentiate along one specific pathway or another, and though this process is currently not well defined, it is possible that this could complicate research.
