Nucleofection of FDC-P1 (ATCC) cells.
FDC-P1 (ATCC) cells were transfected using the Cell Line Nucleofector Kit L, program D-17 or D-017 and 2 µg pmaxGFP. 24 hours post nucleofection, the cells were analyzed by light (A) and fluorescence microscopy (B).
