The lottery drawings will take place three weeks prior to each meeting. The winner will immediately be informed. Travel money will be provided in the form of reimbursement for expenses associated with attending one of the above listed scientific conferences or another conference of your choice taking place within 12 months of prize notification. Reimbursement may be applied to the registration fee, and/or to the costs of travel, accommodations, and meals. amaxa will provide reimbursement up to the award amount upon submission of receipts that clearly state the purpose, amount and date of eligible charges.
